for the years 2022-23. This stove meets the EPA Emissions requirements
and is over 75% Efficient. It qualifies for the 30% IRS 25C Residential
Energy Tax Credit Act.
REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION, manual or thermostat
The remote
operating range from the stove is 16-1/2 feet away. The remote is usually kept
the same room about 10-12 feet away resting on a near-by living room coffee
table or end table. The temperature setting should be set at a higher
level than the desired house temperature because the remote is in the same room
as the stove.
The mode of operation of the stove can be switched between manual or
thermostatic control (T-stat mode). The stove has a built-in thermostat
into the controls of the appliance. The temperature sensor for the
thermostat is located in the top back of the stove behind the control module
(resting at the rear top of the machine). When operated in Thermostatic
mode, when the temperature reaches its preset desired level, the stove will
revert back to "pilot burn" which is at the lowest bar setting
for heat range speed which is "1".

is available at $195 to supply 115 VAC to your crucial electrical devices ... a
smart item to have as backup in power outages. Use this module for POWER
OUTAGES and you can run it from any 12 VOLT BATTERY, either a Car battery or a
Deep Cycle Battery. It supplies 1100 WATTS of 115 VAC POWER with two outlets
and battery cables are supplied. It will run a variety of devices such as a
Corn and wood pellet stoves, furnaces, computers, appliances, lights, sump
pumps. It even has a USB Type A outlet that allows charging of IPOD's, and Cell

SHIPPING
Customers may pick this item up in
person. Item weighs 450-500 lbs. Or they can have it shipped by
commercial freight carrier to the nearest Regional Freight Terminal serving the
customer's geographic area. We can also ship to a local business inside
the city limits with a local loading dock/ fork-lift in the same or nearby
city. Customer will pickup the item at the terminal or loading dock. Be
sure to check it for DAMAGE before you sign or load it into your truck; otherwise,
your claim will be denied.
WARRANTY
There is a 5 YEAR WARRANTY on the
heat exchanger, combustion chamber, fire box, door, etc., and 1 YEAR WARRANTY
on electronics. Be careful of whom you buy. We are a Dealer specializing in
wood pellet and corn stoves and can help you through your installation as well
as and troubleshooting if necessary down the road. Be careful as others do not
have the willingness or capability to do that.
RETURNS and SELLER
PROTECTION
The seller will allow return items if done within 14 days after
purchase and returns must be paid by the buyer for both shipping and
insurance. Item must not have been opened, used, or in a condition
other than the one we sent to the buyer. ... If an exception is granted, there
is a 25% restocking fee and the buyer pays shipping back to us. The item must
be repackaged and insured by the buyer so the shipping agent will not damage
the product upon return. If the Seller delivers
a defective item and/or item is damaged in the original shipment by
the Freight Carrier, the seller may elect to either exchange item, replace
item, or adjust the price to compensate for damage.
LEGAL JURISDICTION
RESIDES WITH SELLER
The seller (dealer) resides in
Cedar Rapids, Linn County, Iowa so legal jurisdiction remains with the seller's
home base. Accordingly, the parties (seller and buyer) consent to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Linn County, Iowa, in
any action arising out of or relating to this sales agreement. The parties
waive any other venue to which either party might be entitled by domicile or
otherwise. If the seller is forced to incur legal fees and court costs to
enforce this agreement, then the buyer must pay for them.
