WARRANTY

There is a 3 YEAR WARRANTY on the heat exchanger, combustion chamber, fire box, door, etc., and 1 YEAR WARRANTY on electronics. Re-sale by individuals or un-authorized dealers can not offer a valid warranty. Be careful from whom you buy. We are a Dealer specializing in corn stoves and can help you through your installation as well as and trouble shooting if necessary. Be careful as others do not have the capability to do that.

FLOOR LOCATION DUCT LAYOUT & FLUE EXHAUST LAYOUT

There are two alternative layouts: (1) Short Hot-Air duct runs, long Flue Exhaust Pipe runs, and (2) Long Hot-Air Duct runs and short Flue Exhaust Pipe runs. We recommend (1) short Hot-Air Duct runs and long Flue Exhaust  Pipe runs.  The  reason is long Hot-Air Duct runs loose heat and result in a colder house and/or more fuel cost to heat the house.

BACK-DRAFT DAMPER SUGGESTIONS

If you have two furnaces operating at the same time, both the Forced-Air I (One) and the old furnace will need Back-Draft Dampers installed on each furnace near the duct take-off on each furnace.  You need this to prevent reverse air flow when one furnace is running and the other isn't.. (Heated hot air can reverse back flow back through the furnace not running.)  We sell Aluminum drop leaves that are light weight, open and close easily, and save on horse power.  Beware some contractors make damper leaves out of galvanized steel and and the flaps move harder, robbing your furnace of horse power. Buy the back-draft dampers from us and you will get the right thing. If you are having difficulty making or finding a back-draft damper, then call us.

OPERATING AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

. We recommend you run our Forced-Air I (One) as a primary furnace to achieve your desired temperature and use your old furnace as a backup only if needed.  You do that by dialing-down the thermostat to your old furnace about 5 Degrees lower than what you are comfortable with. Your Old furnace should only fire-up when the temperature falls 5 degrees, otherwise it will never run.

Do NOT get rid of your Old Furnace but keep it as an emergency back-up. You could also mount the Forced-Air I (One) into the rear of your existing furnace and run the existing air fan only 24 hours to increase the CFM air output to your heating registers.  Use our Forced-Air I (One) as your primary furnace set to produce heat at 5 Degrees higher than your Old Furnace. The Forced-Air I (One} Unit does not need a thermostat to run effectively.

There are two Flue Exhaust Systems that can be used.  (1) Concentric Flue Exhaust System that sleeves Fresh Air into the combustion chamber flowing in between the inner and outer pipes (concentric).  This is a direct horizontal vent..  .(2) Rear Mounted Negative Flue Exhaust System  with one pipe and a rear-wall Fresh Air Kit.  We sell either system with the purchase. Note a Fresh Air Intake is necessary and can be used to avoid room air vacuum as well as draw oxygen-rich air in from the outside.

We recommend customers using wood pellets to buy several different brands and test run them.  Premium Hardwood pellets with a  PFI Certification Seal are recommended.  PCI stands for Pellets Certification Institute.  You should also experiment with burning a mixture of wood pellets and corn.  Corn burns hotter. Burning strait corn should be 12% dry or less normally purchased from a corn-stove friendly farmer who dries his corn below 12% or lower.  Crushed Oyster Shell sprinkled in the hopper bin facilitates a cleaner burning and helps avoid any Clinker formation.
